Arrival & departure
Upon your arrival, your apartment will be available after 3 p.m.
On the day of your departure, please vacate your apartment by 9:30 a.m.
Please notify us by phone if you arrive after 6 p.m.

Arriving late?
Please inform us in due time if other family members or friends will be arriving at a later time/date. Italian regulations require guests to be registered.

Prices
Prices are quoted in euros and are per holiday apartment and day for the specified number of persons, with a minimum stay of 4 nights. Included in the price are accommodations, bed linen, heat, warm water, electricity, final cleaning and all fees and taxes excluding visitor’s tax.

Local tax
Starting January 1, 2014, South Tyrol has introduced the local tax (visitor’s tax, LG no. 9 of May 16, 2012). The revenue will be used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services as well as for the organization of cultural and sports events.
The local tax is € 1.50 per person (14 years and older) and day.

Pets
Pets are not allowed.

Deposit (to ensure the reservation)
For a binding reservation, we kindly request that you transfer a deposit.

Payments
You can pay with cash for amounts under Euro 4.999,99, over this amount by bank transfer or check. Please pay your bill on the day before your departure. Please note that this amount is regulated by law and has already been adjusted several times in the past.

Bookings
Booking requests become valid only after our written confirmation and following the transfer of the deposit.

Cancellation conditions - if everything turns out different suddenly...
In the event of cancellations prior to arrival, the down payment serves as cancellation fee. In the event of cancellations within 30 days or less before arrival a 30% cancellation fee applies. We will charge 100% for no-shows, late arrivals or earlier departures. The percentages refer to the total price of the booked apartment. The place of jurisdiction is Bozen.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Persons, who are accommodated elsewhere
Please understand that friends, and acquaintances, who are accommodated elsewhere are not permitted access to the Unterweger Farm apartments due to legal stipulations.

Non-smoking facility
Smoking is not permitted in the entire complex. Please smoke on the balconies or outside.
